La Seu d’Urgell City Council has undertaken to make its websites accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October and Royal Decree 1112/2018 , of September 7.

The accessibility of this website has been evaluated using internal self-evaluation tools and methods and has also been reviewed by the Web Accessibility Observatory, the last review having been carried out on March 4, 2024, with an average score of 4.53 in compliance with accessibility requirements. The last revision of the statement was carried out on March 4, 2024.

The City Council of La Seu d’Urgell works to fulfill the accessibility requirements to the highest degree possible to facilitate universal access to the content to all people who consult it, regardless of their physical, sensory or intellectual abilities intellectual property, and of the systems or resources used (browser, device, connection speed, etc.).

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016, websites and mobile applications of the public sector must be accessible, accessibility which must be achieved in accordance with the UNE-EN 301-549:2019 standard “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services”. This standard is based mainly on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in August 2018.

It is the intention of La Seu d’Urgell City Council to fully comply with web accessibility guidelines. European regulations require public sector bodies to comply with level AA.

The website is optimized for a resolution of 1152 x 870. If you have a monitor with a higher resolution, the font size will appear too small in some cases. Fonts have been defined in such a way that it is possible to increase or decrease their size from the browser options.

This website has been tested and is optimized for browsers compatible with HTML5 and versions supported by manufacturers. The use of different browsers or versions not supported by manufacturers may not allow correct viewing or availability of documents or other functionalities. Updates or browsers can be obtained from the web pages of the browser vendors.

Furthermore, for the website to function correctly, the browser must have JavaScript enabled.

Due to the large number of documents available on the website, there may be contingencies that do not complete the required accessibility guidelines.
